Cashbacs International Limited, Harefield: Integrated their BACS approved commercial bureau system with Accounting Office.

Peter Newman, Director of Cashbacs International Limited explains. "The number of transaction we handle is growing month on month as more and more companies recognise the cost and time benefits of using BACS. Automating the link into an accounts application was therefore important to us for two reasons; to ensure accuracy and secondly to reduce our administration overhead."

I am finding that the further I am getting in tothe development of the new in-house operations systems, I am finding that there are more and more ways I can link the two systems together, thus saving time and producing a more streamlined operation for our Clients."

"I have made great use of some of the VBA examples with in the cook book, for example, any changes to our client profiles in our operations system are automatically updated into office accounts, unlike the previous system where both sets of details were manually keyed in. Thus insuring that all client details are the same throughout all ours systems."

Runtime Collective, Brighton: Implemented a customised system for Lewes Farmers Co-Operative in the town of Lewes itself.

Giles Palmer, Director of Runtime Collective commented, "We did a thorough investigation of the market for highly configurable Accounting Software and short-listed 3: Sage Line 50, Access Accounts and Accounting Office. We decided on Accounting Office because in our opinion it offered the easiest route to some major configuration and was also extremely competitive on price. Having now completed the project, I feel we made the right choice."

Runtime Collective purchased the standard application for their clients and took approximately 20 development days to complete the customisation.
